AI sports analysis giving players and venue owners usable insight, built to milestones then taken on long term

A sports technology product that analyses play using AI and turns it into insight for both players and venue owners. We began on a milestone-based product build and moved to a long-term contract covering ongoing maintenance.

What we delivered

  1. Product development
  2. Sport analysis models
  3. Player insights
  4. Venue analytics
  5. Ongoing maintenance

The problem

Sports footage is easy to collect and hard to make useful. Raw analysis means little to a player deciding what to work on, or to a venue owner deciding what to invest in.

The product also had to serve those two audiences from the same underlying analysis without becoming two products.

How we approached it

We started on a milestone-based engagement so the product could be validated in stages rather than committed to in one block.

The analysis models sit behind an interface built separately for each audience: players see what to work on, venue owners see utilisation and performance across their site.

Once the product was established the engagement moved to a long-term contract covering maintenance, so the models and the product keep moving together.

Where it landed

A live sports analysis product serving players and venue owners, now under an ongoing maintenance contract rather than a fixed build.
