Privacy policy

When you submit our contact form we collect the name, email address, phone number, country, and message you provide. When you apply for a role we additionally collect your CV, current and expected compensation, and years of experience.

We collect no analytics or advertising identifiers on this website, and we do not use tracking cookies.

Contact form submissions are used solely to respond to your enquiry and to carry on any resulting business conversation.

Job applications are used to assess your suitability for the role you applied to, and for other open roles where relevant.

Enquiry data is retained for as long as the commercial relationship or conversation is active, and for up to 24 months afterwards.

Unsuccessful job applications are retained for 12 months, after which they are deleted unless you have asked us to keep them on file.

We do not sell personal information. We share it only with the service providers required to operate this site and our email - currently our hosting and cloud provider - and only to the extent necessary.

Client project data covered by an NDA is handled under that agreement and is never used for any purpose outside the engagement.

Data you provide for a project - datasets, imagery, documents, system access - is processed only for that project. Access is limited to the engineers assigned to it.

Where required, we process client data inside infrastructure you control rather than our own. This is agreed before any data is transferred.

You can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. We will action deletion requests within 30 days unless we are required to retain the data.

To make a request, email us and state what you would like us to do.

Form submissions are transmitted over HTTPS. Access to submitted data is restricted to staff who need it, and we review that access periodically.

No transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security - but we will notify affected parties promptly if a breach involving personal data occurs.

We update this policy when our practices change. The effective date below reflects the most recent revision.
