Sorted Tech needed a partner who could hold the whole development stack rather than a vendor re-briefed for each project.
That spans labelling, model training, the core pipeline, deployment onto edge hardware, and the website - work that normally sits with four different suppliers.
How we approached it
We stand up a dedicated team of 30 on the account, so the working knowledge stays in place between projects rather than being rebuilt each time.
The same team covers labelling through to edge deployment, which removes the handover boundaries where scope and accountability usually get lost.
We also maintain their website, so the product surface and the models behind it move together.
