AI agents automating disbursement account operations, plus predictive pricing wired into their existing portal

Disbursement account work is document-heavy and repetitive: reading operational paperwork, cross-referencing internal records, filling forms and chasing missing information.

It was slow, and because it was manual, an error in a quoted figure could travel a long way before anyone caught it.

We modelled the work as an explicit sequence rather than a single prompt - extract, validate, fill, query, escalate - so every action an agent takes is recorded and reviewable.

Separately we built predictive models for price prediction, with a rules layer that checks each figure against expected ranges before it is released. Anything outside tolerance stops for a named reviewer.

We connected models directly to their database so end users can see their own data and analysis without asking anyone, then deployed the whole architecture on AWS and integrated it into their existing portal.

Routine disbursement work now processes without manual intervention, with exceptions surfacing as a review queue instead of being missed.
